Color Sealing

Regrouting/Grout Replacement
At Looney’s we remove the grout be hand. Then we remove all the old caulking. We clean the entire area and install New Grout with a Sealer and finish the area with Professional Caulking around the walls and seams. With proper maintenance and newly regrouted shower can last for decades.
Professional Caulking
Sounds like a Do It Yourself project but Professional Caulking requires skill.
The surface preparation is 75% of the work. It must be a clean and smooth surface in order for the caulking to adhere. We use 100% Silicone specifically designed for high-moisture areas.

Shower Rejuvenation
When regrouting is not possible, we can clean the shower, remove and install new silicone caulking and complete the process by sealing all grout with 2 coats of Clear, Penetrating Translucent Sealer.

Often loose tile can be “re-adhered” utilizing a specialized process that “injects” a premium adhesive below the tiles surface. This saves our clients thousands of dollars in costly floor replacement.
